Is something ever done or do we need to undo it for it to be done again? … and should it ever be done?
undone, done, undoneis a recurring residency format hosted at and by Danseatelier. First edition took place place 16th-29th of April 2023 with artist Liina Magnea and Hrefna Hörn hosted and curated by Olivia Riviere and Snorre Elvin. The residency culminated in a performance evening final with a sharing their work including a work sharing by Nadja Voorham and Victoria Kaldan.
About the work:
Crush on Chaos, the Courtship of Alliance: A confined and questionably delusional community searches for hope in dark times. Strategizing on how to transform the stagnant and deceased into an Active Culture they compulsively stumble up on…love.
About Liina and Hrefna:
Obsessed with the idea of the immaterial Gesamtkunstwerk, Liina Magnea (b. 1991 Berlin /DE) combines music, movement, film dramaturgy and internet scrolling into a shape-shifting, dynamic performance. She studied art and choreography and has had her work shown at Volksbühne, Zodiak Helsinki, KW Center for Contemporary Art and Sophiensaele, among others. She also works as a performer and musician for other artists, gives vocal coachings and supports people suffering from addiction. ABOUT THE THE WORK:
You Make Me Feel is a collaboration between Nadja Voorham and Victoria Kaldan. The performance is a choreographic research on the notion of the uncanny. Originally coined by the japanese roboticist Masahiro Mori in 1970, the term describes feelings of eeriness or even revulsion, when we discover that something appearing to be human is not quite human.

Her work has been presented at places such as Art Rotterdam (NL), Mimosa House (UK), Chisenhale Art Place (UK), Weld (SE), Notafe festival (EE), Ellen de Bruijne Projects (NL).
