blue smize is a short film that stages, documents and edits a dance performed in a white studio space with a blue smiling face as a virtual scenography and choreographic anchor.
The dance itself explores two different physical states of being: one smiling with the eyes and mouth - both being closed - and one with an open melting face. Both states are happening in a body that allows motion, emotion, performativity, sensorial experience and rest.
